One of our most popular plants, Lavender has highly scented foliage and flowers throughout summer. Good in sunny borders or herb gardens.

Chives

Like a miniature onion, except its the green stem that's used for cooking! Chives have amazing ball-like clusters of purple flowers if left uncut.

Mint is the quintessential British herb. Used in so much traditional English cooking. Broad, nettle-like leaves, grows in sun or shade.

Oregano

Oregano is the classic herb for Italian cooking. Oval aromatic leaves with tiny flowers in summer.

Parsley

A hardy and popular culinary herb. Parsley has fine curly leaves used to decorate food as well as to flavour. A good source of vitamin C.

Another versatile and aromatic culinary herb. Rosemary is used in stews, soups and to flavour lamb dishes. Lots of medicinal properties, too.
