Aubretia or Aubrecia

A low spreading rockery plant, Aubretia will grow in dry or poor soil conditions. It has vibrant blue-purple flowers in early spring.

Plant it any time, but after the snow has cleared is a good time. Great for stone walls or a rock garden.
